Folks sometimes ask me what kind of massage I do. I attended one of the highest ranked and comprehensive massage therapy schools in the nation, dedicated hundreds of hours in continuing education, and have put it all into practice over the course of nearly 20 years. This has created a large field of expertise for me to utilize during your session. Every person is unique and each persons needs can change depending on the day and what is going on with their life and body and the time of their session. Instead of going into detail about the various bodywork modalities I utilize and have expertise with, I like to say the type of massage I do is Listening Massage. At the beginning of your session, I will ask you what your intention is for your session today. I listen to your answer, listen to you and your body during your session, customize your session to the very best of my ability within my scope of practice to honor your intention for your session, and I listen to your feedback during and after your session. The more sessions you have, the more fine tuned the customization becomes as we work together to learn what modalities and methods work the best for you.

My products:
I only allow the highest quality products to touch your skin. I use only 100% organic, food grade oils in my massage practice. My sheets are high quality, twin sized, 100% organic cotton from Coyuchi and are laundered with all natural, biodegradable, hypoallergenic laundry soap. Even the hand soap in the client bathroom is made with organic ingredients.
